The aim of this company is to promote the economy of street vendors and to further develop their businesses. This company provides loans and encourages them in various ways. The company provides financial support to women in both urban and rural areas to enhance their financial livelihoods and to help them start new businesses. We adopt a joint liability group model to provide unsecured loans to our members. This model ensures credit discipline through Daily/Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly installments. This allows you to repay your debt in sync with your accounts receivables.
The promoters are already founder directors in Welfare Organization for Multipurpose mass Awareness Network (WOMAN), an Erode based welfare Trust with social outlook for women welfare and empowerment.

Our organization, in collaboration with the Makkal Yuva Kendra organization, provides social services in many districts, feeds the homeless, and provides training for the improvement of women's livelihood. In addition, we conduct training called POSH, conduct sexual awareness camps for women in all schools, factories, hospitals, and many other institutions. Our organization is working with many social concerns for the people.

- When a customer turns abusive or threatening, the employee shall terminate the discussion
- All discussions where the customer becomes abusive or threatening shall be properly documented
- The customer's debt/ obligation shall normally be discussed only with him/her
- The customer shall ordinarily be contacted at Centre meeting place. However, should the customer provide a business address also, then attempts to contact him/her may be made there with her/is permission.
- The customers shall be called only between 8.00 AM to 6.00 PM.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
AAGRAHA INVESTMENTS AND FINANCING PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
- However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Cancellation & Refund Policy for Perishable Items
- AAGRAHA INVESTMENTS AND FINANCING PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc.
- However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
Damaged or Defective Product Policy
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team.
- The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end.
- This should be reported within 7 Days days of receipt of the products.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 Days days of receiving the product.
- The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Warranty & Refund Policy
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the AAGRAHA INVESTMENTS AND FINANCING PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 9-15 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
